Individuals must be age 18 or above.
Individuals with the following health or medical conditions are not eligible to receive permanent makeup/cosmetic tattooing:
AIDs or HIV
hemophillia
hepatitis
nursing or pregnant
steroid use (hormones may cause adverse affects with pigment)
The following health and medical conditions are eligible to receive permanent makeup/cosmetic tattooing with doctors note of approval:
active skin disease
autoimmune disorders
blood disease
blood thinners (dr approval to discontinue use 2-3 days prior to procedure)
cancer
diabetes
heart conditions
*any condition being treated under a doctor's care that is not listed above
medications/medical treatments
accutane (discontinued for 18 months prior)
hsv (herpes simplex viruses) use antiviral as directed pre/post appointment)
chemical peels must be avoided minimum 1 month pre appt and 30-90 days post appt
retin a must be discontinued 7 days prior to appointment and must wait 14-30 days to resume
please discuss any of the following health or medical conditions with your artist prior to receiving any
permanent makeup/cosmetic tattoo:
alcohol use
epilepsy
skin allergies
Please discuss any other medications or conditions not listed above with your technician.
